Former Leicester Tigers flanker Neil Back has lent his support to encourage people in Leicester to stop smoking.
Speaking to the Leicester Mercury as part of a partnership campaign between the publication and Stop Smoking Service, World Cup winner Back said:
“If people love their families and their children I don’t know why they smoke. It is so detrimental to health.
“In my role as an ambassador I want to make as many people as possible aware of the message.”
